is considered one of the pioneers of business solutions in the health sector and discovering investment opportunities in this field. Ashwaq has extensive experience in business development, having held the position of Business Development Manager at CARESA and also the Business Development Manager at MEDIDA. Now she owns THIRD CHOICE SOLUTIONS and is a founding partner in EVENT SHIELD, she is also working on a medical tourism project in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Tourism Development Fund. She also holds the position of CEO and co-founder of SPECCHIO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, where SPECCHIO works as an ambassador for the Italian company GKSD. She is also the general manager of the home care company that is distinguished by providing home dialysis sessions.

Chairman of STF-Societa Tecniche Finanziarie Spa, Vams Engineering Executive Board Member, Septu Group, United Group, Board Member of multiple multinational companies, Governmental Advisor in Europe and Middle East. He studied Law and Economics, and Political Science and international relations and deepened with hivy leagues University Curses. Shares his professional activities between public and private consultancy on business development, strategy, international M&A, PPP/PF, Corporate finance, public infrastructure works, institutional negotiation policies and international public procurement, lobbying and public affairs. He developed, over the years, specific interests in different geographical areas: mainly Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Americas, professionally based in Italy, and travels frequently for his professional assignments.

Dr. Hisham Hosny With more than 30 years of experience in medical management in the KSA, Dr Hesham has acquired a distinguished experience in business management and RCM/Insurance of the medical domain. Worked as a RCM consultant in multiple hospitals such as Hayyat Hospitals Group and Aster Sanad Hospital which makes him one of the leading experts in RCM. Dr Hesham was also the business operation director for the Saad Specialist Hospital (Tertiary Hospital). In addition to that, he also worked in the medical management section of multiple businesses such as Saudi Airline Medical Services and King Saud University medical city.
Mr. Saleh Al-Assaf
Mr. Saleh Al-Assaf is a founding partner of Shura Company, the CEO of the company, and an entrepreneur interested in technology and investing in legal services in new ways. He aspires to change legal consulting services for the better, and believes in volunteer work and community service. Saleh Al-Assaf obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Florida International University in the United States of America and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the United States of America. Mohammed Al Dabaan
Mohammed Al Dabaan has 24 years of experience managing human resources and performing administrative duties in various businesses. He also has a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources, is a Certified Trainer from TVTC, a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner, and is a Certified Human Resource Management Professional and Human Resource Manager from ACI/CHRM.
He led initiatives to establish human resources departments for many Companies.
